Description

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these oven-roasted baby potatoes are seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
