- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup orange zest
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, orange juice, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the orange zest and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
- Top with Greek yogurt before serving, if desired.
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute milk with almond milk and Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
