Description

A vibrant, one-pan meal that combines smoky kielbasa with crisp vegetables in a sweet-savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers (red and yellow)
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots
  • 2 cups Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and chop the bell peppers and slice the kielbasa. Mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Sauté the Kielbasa: Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and toss in kielbasa. Sauté until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add the Garlic: Once kielbasa is golden, add minced garlic and stir quickly.
  4. Incorporate the Veggies: Toss in bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, honey, and soy sauce; stir to coat.
  5. Cook Until Tender: Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until veggies are tender yet crisp.
  6. Finishing Touches: Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.

Notes

For make-ahead meals, prep vegetables and sausage a day in advance. You can also customize with your favorite vegetables or herbs.
