- 1 pound Kielbasa
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 cups Bell Peppers (red and yellow)
- 2 cups Baby Carrots
- 2 cups Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or Green Onions
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and chop the bell peppers and slice the kielbasa. Mince the garlic cloves.
- Sauté the Kielbasa: Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and toss in kielbasa. Sauté until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add the Garlic: Once kielbasa is golden, add minced garlic and stir quickly.
- Incorporate the Veggies: Toss in bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, honey, and soy sauce; stir to coat.
- Cook Until Tender: Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until veggies are tender yet crisp.
- Finishing Touches: Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.
Notes
