Description

A comforting slow cooker dish featuring savory kielbasa, tangy ranch dressing, and spicy pepperoncini, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, cut into slices
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 12 whole pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Bread rolls for serving

Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized slices.
  2. Layer the sliced kielbasa evenly in the slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus mix over the sausage.
  4. Add butter chunks atop the kielbasa and nestle in the pepperoncini peppers.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  6. Stir everything before serving and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with bread rolls for dipping into the delicious juices.
