- 1 lb kielbasa, cut into slices
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1–2 whole pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Bread rolls for serving
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized slices.
- Layer the sliced kielbasa evenly in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus mix over the sausage.
- Add butter chunks atop the kielbasa and nestle in the pepperoncini peppers.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Stir everything before serving and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with bread rolls for dipping into the delicious juices.
