Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 limes, juiced

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a glass dish. Pour the marinade over the meat and seal or cover tightly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
