Description

Delicious jalapeño-infused crescent rolls with a cheesy, creamy filling that are perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 12 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese and jalapeño mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the point and pinch the sides to seal.
  6. Transfer the filled rolls to a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spray the tops with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
