Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Once pancakes are cooked, immediately coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm with syrup or chocolate sauce if desired.
Notes
