Description

These Honey Garlic Salmon Bites feature tender salmon coated in a sweet and savory honey-garlic glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place salmon bites in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the salmon up to two hours before cooking. An air fryer can be used for quicker cooking.
