Description

Delicious and spicy honey chipotle shrimp tacos that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, chipotle sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on the tortillas, topping with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
