- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Blend ingredients: In a blender, combine blueberries, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
- Fill molds: Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving space for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze: Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- Release and enjoy: Run warm water over the molds to release the pops and savor the flavor!
