Description

A refreshing and wholesome treat combining ripe blueberries with creamy yogurt for a deliciously guilt-free snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt (Plain Greek or Flavored)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients: In a blender, combine blueberries, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill molds: Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving space for expansion.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze: Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  4. Release and enjoy: Run warm water over the molds to release the pops and savor the flavor!

Notes

These pops can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. Customize with different fruits or flavors.
