Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: vegetables like peas or corn, seasonings like garlic powder or onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the diced ham, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer.
  4. Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil and spread the ham mixture evenly.
  5. Top with a layer of tater tots, spreading them out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the tater tots.
