- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the lettuce mixture and grilled shrimp.
- Add croutons if desired, then wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before grilling.
