Description

Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a delicious and modern take on the classic Caesar salad, combining grilled shrimp with fresh greens and creamy dressing wrapped in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the lettuce mixture and grilled shrimp.
  6. Add croutons if desired, then wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
