Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a small scoop or spoon, portion out the mixture onto the lined tray.
  4. If using chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate, gently press them into a few of the bites.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until they become firm to the touch.
  6. Once frozen, store the bites in an airtight container and return them to the freezer.
