Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Red and Blue Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake base: Choose your preferred base; bake it and let it cool completely before proceeding.
  2. Divide and color the ice cream: Take the vanilla ice cream and scoop it into three separate bowls. Tint one bowl with red food coloring, leave the next plain for the vanilla layer, and color the last bowl with blue.
