Description

Delicious cheesecake pops infused with the rich flavor of blackberries, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the blackberries until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the blackberry puree and whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each mold.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. If desired, dip the pops in melted chocolate before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense blackberry flavor, add more puree.
  • These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Feel free to substitute blackberries with other berries if desired.
