Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
