- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Add olive oil to the griddle and heat until shimmering.
- Add the marinated beef to the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
