Description

A delightful no-bake pie with a creamy filling, graham cracker crust, and a beautiful swirl of mixed berry jam.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup berry jam or sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Stir until evenly mixed, then press firmly into the bottom of a pie pan.
  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Beat the cream cheese: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well-combined.
  4. Fold it together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
  5. Layer the pie: Pour half of the creamy filling into the crust, spreading evenly.
  6. Add the berries: Scatter the mixed berries over the filling and drizzle some berry jam on top.
  7. Finish the filling: Pour the remaining filling over the berries, smoothing the surface.
  8. Swirl with jam: Add remaining jam on top and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  9. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  10. Serve cold: Slice into wedges and enjoy!
