Description

A refreshing Cucumber Sweet Pepper Salad with ginger dressing and everything bagel seasoning, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 mini cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 15 sweet mini peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup ginger dressing
  • 3 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 12 tsp chili crunch (chili crisp)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the veggies: Start by washing and drying your mini cucumbers, sweet peppers, and green onions. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, the sweet peppers into strips, and chop the green onions finely.
  2. Combine in a bowl: In a large mixing bowl, add the sliced cucumbers, sweet peppers, and green onions.
  3. Add flavorings: Drizzle the ginger dressing over the veggie mixture, sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning and add chili crunch.
  4. Toss gently: With tongs, gently toss the salad until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Transfer the salad to a serving dish and dig in.
