Description

A delicious and easy-to-make crockpot recipe featuring tender chicken and flavorful potatoes, all infused with garlic and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
  4. Pour the garlic parmesan mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic mixture for a few hours before cooking.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or green beans.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
