- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat (fresh or imitation), chopped
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, crab meat, sliced green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the creamy mixture in the center. Pinch the edges together tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully drop the crab rangoon bombs into the hot oil in small batches. Fry for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Lift them out with a slotted spoon and let them drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

You can prepare the filling a day in advance and store it in the fridge.
