Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the cheese and blueberries.
- Drizzle honey over the blueberries if desired.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
