- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Take the tortilla and lay it flat.
- Layer the sliced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro on one side of the tortilla.
- Drizzle the homemade sauce over the fillings.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
- Toast the wrap in a frying pan until golden brown, if desired.
