Description

A juicy and flavorful wrap filled with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup homemade sauce (yogurt-based dressing or ranch)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Let the grilled chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Take the tortilla and lay it flat.
  4. Layer the sliced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro on one side of the tortilla.
  5. Drizzle the homemade sauce over the fillings.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
  7. Toast the wrap in a frying pan until golden brown, if desired.
  8. Slice the wrap in half and serve warm.
