Description

A rich and creamy tortellini dish with succulent steak and aromatic garlic, delivering a burst of flavors in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups parmesan, shredded or freshly grated
  • Parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cracked black pepper (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini: Boil salted water, add tortellini, cook until al dente, drain, and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sear the steak: Season steak, sear in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side. Rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, stir in heavy cream and milk, mix in parmesan until creamy.
  4. Combine ingredients: Toss cooked tortellini and sliced steak in the sauce.
  5. Serve: Plate the dish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper for garnish.

Notes

Make the tortellini and sauce separately for the freshest taste. Customize with chicken or vegetables as desired.
