Description

A comforting casserole featuring ground beef, sweet corn, and crispy tater tots, all topped with melted cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in sweet corn and cream of mushroom soup until combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour beef mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with frozen tater tots.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
  9. Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden top if desired.
