- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in sweet corn and cream of mushroom soup until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour beef mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with frozen tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden top if desired.
