- 3 packages Mrs. T’s cheddar pierogies
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Slice the kielbasa, measure out the broth, and shred the cheese.
- Layer Bowls: Place the frozen pierogies at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add Kielbasa: Toss in the sliced kielbasa on top of the pierogies.
- Creamy Mixture: Blend the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth, then pour over the layers in the crockpot.
- Season and Bake: Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cook Slow: Set the crockpot on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve Warm: Once done, stir gently and enjoy hot.
