Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and hot water until dissolved.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter in the baking dish (do not stir).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
