Description

Tender and juicy chicken meatballs bursting with flavors, perfect for a comforting meal or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Cook the meatballs for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve with spaghetti, in a sub with marinara, or as an appetizer on toothpicks.

Notes

Let ground chicken rest at room temperature before mixing for better binding. Shape with slightly wet hands to avoid sticking.
