Instructions
- Mix the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Cook the meatballs for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with spaghetti, in a sub with marinara, or as an appetizer on toothpicks.
Notes
Let ground chicken rest at room temperature before mixing for better binding. Shape with slightly wet hands to avoid sticking.
