- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- Slider buns
- Lettuce and pickles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken strips in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the baked chicken on slider buns, drizzling with bang bang sauce, and adding lettuce and pickles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can fry the chicken instead of baking.
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by varying the amount of sriracha.
