Description

Chicken Bang Bang Sliders are delicious mini sandwiches featuring crispy chicken coated in a spicy bang bang sauce, served on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce and pickles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken strips in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing the baked chicken on slider buns, drizzling with bang bang sauce, and adding lettuce and pickles.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can fry the chicken instead of baking.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the sauce by varying the amount of sriracha.
