Description

A creamy and rich chicken casserole topped with a delightful crunchy stuffing, perfect for family gatherings and cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions, using the melted butter.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture in a greased casserole dish and top with the prepared stuffing.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
