- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions, using the melted butter.
- Layer the chicken mixture in a greased casserole dish and top with the prepared stuffing.
