Description

A delicious and hearty dish featuring tender Cajun steak bites served with cheesy garlic shells, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the cooked pasta shells and shredded cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
