- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cooked pasta shells and shredded cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
