- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve immediately.
