Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz beef bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup butternut squash, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts and butternut squash to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
