Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add the Brussels sprouts and butternut squash to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
