- 6 large flour tortillas (burrito size)

Instructions
- Cook the beef filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease, then stir in garlic, taco seasoning, and salsa. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Assemble the chimichangas: Spread refried beans on each tortilla, add beef mixture and cheese, then fold and roll tightly.
- Cook the chimichangas: For the oven method, preheat to 400°F (200°C), place on a baking sheet, brush with oil, and bake for 18–20 minutes. For skillet method, heat oil and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve: Add toppings like sour cream or guacamole and enjoy.
