Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy using a hand mixer.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and optional cinnamon in another bowl.
- Begin folding the dry ingredients into the cream cheese mixture, alternating with the milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in the banana slices, being careful not to mash them.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
