- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 cup grapes (halved)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, well-drained pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, halved grapes, and shredded coconut.
- Mix together the whipped topping, sour cream, and sugar (if using) until smooth.
- Gently pour the creamy dressing over the fruit mixture. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients together.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
For a tropical twist, add chopped bananas or mangoes. Be sure to keep the coconut out until serving to maintain its crunch.
