Description

A delightful and colorful dessert salad featuring a medley of fruits, marshmallows, and creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, well-drained pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, halved grapes, and shredded coconut.
  2. Mix together the whipped topping, sour cream, and sugar (if using) until smooth.
  3. Gently pour the creamy dressing over the fruit mixture. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients together.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For a tropical twist, add chopped bananas or mangoes. Be sure to keep the coconut out until serving to maintain its crunch.
