- 1 pound strawberries, sliced
- 1 pound blueberries
- 1 pound angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer the angel food cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries evenly over the cake.
- Sprinkle a beautiful layer of blueberries atop the strawberries.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the berries.
- Add a thick layer of whipped cream on top of the pudding.
- Continue layering with remaining ingredients until all are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Decorate with extra berries on top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
